Marc
is the founding partner of Vandendijk
& Partners Advocaten-Avocats.
Marc obtained his law degree at the
University of Brussels (VUB, 1982)
and a further degree in economy at
the University of Liège (ULG,
1983). He also obtained a degree in
tax law at the Ecole Supérieure
des Sciences Fiscales in Brussels
(ESSF - 1987).
Marc started his career as a tax advisor
with Royale Belge Life Insurance
Company in 1983. In 1984 he
was hired by Loyens & Volkmaars as
an international tax advisor for their
Brussels Office. He became a partner
in 1992. In 1997 he joined the Brussels
Bar as specialised tax lawyer.
In 2001 Marc founded Vandendijk &
Partners as a niche firm specializing
in international tax law. He specializes
in finance and insurance law, double
taxation issues, international structures
involving pensions, corporate tax
as well as personal tax.
Marc is a regular contributor to different
tax publication as well as a guest
speaker at many tax conferences.
Marc speaks Dutch, French and English.
