Chantal
became a member of the Brussels Bar
in 1995. In addition to her law degree
from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven
(1995), she holds a degree in tax
law from the Fiscale Hogeschool (1997)
and a degree in labour law from the
University of Brussels (V.U.B. 2000).
Before joining Vandendijk & Partners
in 2002, she has worked for Loyens
& Volkmaars and Claeys & Engels.
Chantal specializes in international
and domestic tax law, in particular
where they border with elements of
employment and social security law.
She has a particular expertise in
compensation and benefits, insurances
and pensions and all aspects of occupational
pension schemes.
Chantal combines this with a focus
on estate planning matters.
Chantal is a regular contributor to
a wide variety of tax publications.
For Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal Recht
she compiles and coordinates on the
periodic overviews of the Belgian
income tax case law. Chantal speaks
Dutch, French and English.
