Bart
obtained his law degree from the University
of Brussels (VUB, 1996) and a further
degree in tax law from the same University
(VUB, 1987).
Bart became a member of the Brussels
Bar in 1997. Before joining Vandendijk
& Partners, he has worked for Loyens
& Volkmaars.
Bart specialises in international
issues of the taxation of insurance
and financial products and pension
taxation.
He regularly contributes to such tax
magazines as Algemeen Fiscaal Tijdschrift,
Fiscale Actualiteit en Expat News.
He frequently speaks at tax conferences.
Bart speaks Dutch, English and French.
